Returned checks are subject to a $60.00 fee and no further checks will be accepted from that party under no circumstance. The balance must be paid off within 60 days or the company has the right to place greivence against person or parties named and place a report to the appropriate credit agencies notifying them of the status of the customers credit. If the balance is not paid off in full within 60 days, the customer is giving us the right to file a lien against any of the customers property.
